Job Description
We are hiring a detail-oriented Data Analyst to transform raw data into actionable insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize business performance.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using Excel, SQL, and Python/R.
- Create interactive dashboards/reports with Power BI or Tableau.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support business strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and metrics.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across databases.
- Present findings through visualizations and clear, concise reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables), and Power BI/Tableau.
- Basic knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for data manipulation.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical teams.
- Bonus: Experience with Google Analytics or CRM tools.
